aku dulu ade jupa this katerer tny on menu & price mcm tuh..back in may or early june lepas..aku siap betau aku hny nk tanya arga tp pakcik ni kata xpe2 dia tulis siap2 dlm his log book.fine..sukati lah..

then aku jupa katerer yg lg best..so katerer2 yg aku penah jupa tny price & food testing sume tu aku anggap tak jd la kan since aku kata ape2 aku akan confirmkan & biasanya once confirm ko akan byar deposit la kan to secure the date.

tetiba this morning (lagi 6 ari aku nak kenduri ye) pakcik katering pak brahim call aku tny pasal kenduri..aku ckap la xjadi amek dgn dia..trus dia mara aku sbb kononnya menu kenduri dia dah boh dlm buku dia..aku kata la aku xbayar pape pon so nothing was confirmed la kan??aku kata aku jupa dia just nk tau arga etc..dia kata "oh klu centu jupa 10 org tny arga susa la" then dia bebel2 & hang up phone (sbenarnya aku nk hang up dlu mls nk dgr dia bebel tp pk dia org tua aku diam je).
dia xtau aku jupa katerer ada 2 lg selain dia xde pulak kecoh mara aku xcal balik kata xjadi..butik pelamin dekat 10 bijik gak aku survey arga xde plak derang cal mara..pelik aku
patut derang yg nk wat bisnes derang la folo up kan if really nk duit aku kn?bg aku selagi aku xconfirm pape means xde la bisnes deal nye..

lgpun ade ke logik kenduri lagi 6 ari aku xwat any payment dgn dia or cal dia balik to confirm everything ke tambah lauk ke, tnya pasal table cloth ke..anything la yg relate dgn catering issue kn?ngong...pastu mara orng..dlu ms aku dtg kemain baik lg bahasa..skang punye la tak beretika..itupon aku still cakap sorry..geram betul..nasib org tua..rosak kan mood aku je pg2 ni!

i had to put this entry under caterer label sbb xtau nk edit label tu kepada food..ade sape2 leh aja?
anyway, i had never planned to have wedding cake..reason? J.I.M.A.T ape lagi..
me think potong cake not really important. tapi memandangkn my SIL (wife abang aku, bkn kakak tunang aku) nk sponsor so kena la google2 jugak..sighhh menambahkan lagi satu beban sebenornye.. lagi bek dia sponsor peti ais ke mesin basuh ke lagi bagus kn hahaha tula sapa suh xbagi idea mesin basuh masa orng tuh nk sponsor kek..

so i had contacted this homemade bakery linda
tp xsempat nk finalized cake design yet..
but i imagine i will have 3 tier cake..bottom one should be normal choc cake (even i love cheese cake tp takut xsesuai & melt).. the other 2 tiers would be cuppies so senang nk divide to guest kn2?

remember the main reason why we need to organize wedding reception. because of so many items to look into, sometimes we forget the most important thing right? from islamic view, wedding reception is a way to announce to neighbors, friends & relatives that a couple is legalize married. and to thank the guests by providing food. to me, i need to select the right caterer.

silveritage hall has given a panel list for appointed caterer. tried food testing few with them, but none i interested with. luckily i found this caterer from the net ngeee.. tudong saji caterer.
after frustrated with other caterers i told myself this is the last food testing i would have...penat makan free okeh.

i took food from kenduri from them around 3pm, then i went out with my friend. then late nite 12pm, i felt hungry, then i remembered i left the testing food in the car OMG it's gonna be spoilt!! but it happen the food was in good condition (impressive).

the moment i taste the food (after reheat of course), i felt in love with it. rasa relieve cos finally jupa food yang puas ati.

next day, i called TS (Tudong Saji), asked their availability on my wedding date. when he reverted to me few days after, "maaf, kami ada order lain on the same date which located at Bidor & we are not able to handle 2 reception yang jauh2"..kecewa gile masa tuh. i dok mention to my tunang kecewa3...

disebabkan tak tertahan kecewa itu, i did cal TS again & persuade them to be my caterer. later than TS agreed..yeay!!

for those who booked silveritage hall, take note that u guys can hire other than pelamin & caterer appointed panel oke. just write a letter to the manaegment informing your offucial vendor ya..
